Really upper the curb. we choose two 8x7, CHI Overhead Doors skyline flush white garage doors, that have tinted windows down right side. Paired with Lift-master, 7'00; belt drive, my Q, back up battery, duel lead lighting, remotes and keypad. The Garage doors with nylon rollers and belt drive openers run ultra quiet and smooth.

we completed an install on a new build. They needed 9 feet for the 3 work vans clearance. we decided to go with CHI Overhead Doors 16x9'3" & 12x9'3" black flush doors with frosted windows down the side. installed Lift-master new model 98022 side mount motors. what a beautiful Garage with a apartment up above. it turned out incredible!
